Binary Solution Logo - Law School Admission Test Preparation

Binary Solution is a unique system for solving the Law School Admission Test (LSAT) that is simple enough to be mastered by anyone and powerful enough to raise scores by an average of 12 points. Our 130+ hour course has been designed to produce LSAT scores in the 160 to 180 range. The exclusive binary method is based on a logical deconstruction of the LSAT--a process that reduces the exam to its smallest quanta of information. Our deconstruction has revealed that the quantum of intellectual currency on the LSAT is the issue.  An issue is defined by legal theory as 'that which gives rise to a question' -- eg, a 'distributive issue' speaks to questions of quantity and allocation.

Since 1991, we have been mapping and identifying every issue that has appeared on every LSAT.  Our theoretical lens encourages students to view each question as a weighted sum of issues. Since this approach is granular, students are prepared for any juxtaposition of issues that may appear on the LSAT. At times when the LSAT shifts, our students are prepared for the change because we address both typical and boundary cases during our course of study.

Binary Solution is the only scientifically correct theory of the LSAT-- which does not mean that the course requires science-- but rather, that we have taken a scientific view of the exam by dissecting it, collecting the constants, and classifying all of its parts. These parts were used to construct a predictive model of the LSAT that has successfully forecasted LSAT questions before they appear on the test.

Because our approach is rigorous and valid we can offer solutions for every type of LSAT question. 'Skipping' a question is simply not in our vernacular. Our techniques never multiply steps and always produce correct results.

The Harvard graduate who founded our course was the first to formulate an algorithm (i.e., set of steps) for the solution of the Analytical Reasoning Section.  The application of this method has achieved perfect results since 1991 because it is rooted in logic and minimalism. The minimalism of our approach is the key to its success. Less is more in a deductive exercise, where multiplying steps can only invite assumptions and errors.

Since our analytic lens closely resembles the reasoning taught by law schools, our course provides a solid foundation in legal reasoning. Like every law school course, we employ a single Casebook to explain the entire field. By teaching the basic skills that are used in law school and connecting the LSAT to the law, we create a program of lasting value for our students.

We GUARANTEE LSAT preparation that is:

1. COMPLETE: with respect to subject matter, you will be prepared for every type of question that appears on the LSAT.

2. EFFICIENT: with respect to recommended methods of solution,  you will be guided by appropriate techniques that will never ask you to multiply steps.

3. PROVEN TO WORK: all the methods we provide have been shown to generate correct answers for every published LSAT question

If any of these promises are not met for any LSAT question,
your tuition will be fully refunded.

Our theory is based on linguistic research: by tracking every word that has contributed to the solution of any LSAT question, we have created a SEMANTIC NET of linguistic triggers that carry the code of the test.

Repeated Semantic Triggers are organized into Three Concepts which form the foundation of our Simple Solution to any LSAT question
Each of these Concepts corresponds to a section of the LSAT

Our unique theoretical lens  uses a few concepts to solve an infinite array of LSAT questions. Our approach trains testtakers to see the "bright line" triggered by the language of the LSAT. All solutions boil down to an either-or adjudication. The answer choices for every LSAT question are either completely right or completely wrong.  Hence, a clear solution can be found by consulting the language of the LSAT.
